A Global Day
The reason that we are celebrating International Mountain Day here at USA Create is because we wish to do our part in building awareness and knowledge around the role of mountains in many of our lives without us even knowing it. It is important to realize that December 11’s International Mountain Day is global and not just a public holiday.
Symbolic Visuals
There is symbolism when it comes to this special day with symbols being designated to International Mountain Day which consists of triangles that represent mountains. And even the United Nations is involved with the process. This is because sadly mountains are at risk due to the global climate continuing to warm and adversely affecting the mountain lives of both animals and people.
